When you browse the website, we do not ask for personal information as standard. If you use the contact form, email us, or book a call, we may receive details such as your name, email address, telephone number, company name, website, plan interest and message.
We do not store enquiry details in a website account or customer database on this site. Form enquiries are sent to us so we can respond.
We plan to use Google Analytics to understand broad website activity, such as which pages are visited and how people move around the site. Analytics only runs if you choose to accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner.
If you reject analytics cookies, Google Analytics will not be loaded by our website. Your choice is saved locally in your browser so we do not have to ask on every visit.
We use enquiry information to reply to you, discuss your design needs, provide information about bundl, and manage any next steps you ask us to take.
Where analytics cookies are accepted, we use analytics information to improve the website, understand what content is useful, and spot issues with the visitor journey.
For enquiries, we usually process your information because it is necessary to respond before entering into a potential contract, or because we have a legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.
For analytics cookies, we rely on your consent. You can change your cookie choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.
We do not sell your personal information. We may use trusted service providers to operate the website, receive form submissions, manage email, host files, and measure website performance. These providers only receive the information needed to provide their service.
Google may process analytics data in line with its own terms and privacy notices when analytics is accepted.
We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the relationship, keep business records, and deal with any legal or accounting requirements.
Cookie preferences are stored in your browser for six months unless you change them sooner.
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal information we hold about you. You can also object to certain processing or withdraw consent where we rely on consent.
If you are unhappy with how your information is handled, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
We may update this policy as the website, services or legal requirements change. The latest version will always be published on this page.
